The receiver included with the # SH27FR Stealth Hitch isn't intended for towing of any kind, it's meant to accommodate hitch mounted accessories like a bike rack or cargo carrier.

I have a great option that is going to work for you, though I checked with Yakima, and to use the Rack and Roll Trailer # Y08107 the top of the hitch ball must be 22" off the ground. An inch or two in either direction would work, but the seven inch difference you have would make the trailer susceptible to fishtailing due to the uneven tongue height.

It sounds like you have your roof top completely covered that's a large cargo box. I would be surprised if you weren't at or over your roofs capacity with it fully loaded.
